As Story County Treasurer, Dave Jamison, spearheaded a partnership with all 99 Iowa counties to build ONE Website for online payments and services. This earned Iowa the eGov Pioneer Award for innovation in government technology.  Jamison presented the Website at the eGov Conference in Washington, DC.
Dave and Karen have been married for 22 years and are blessed with 3 children; Kelli is a 19 year old Sophomore at ISU, Lauren is a 17 year old Senior at Gilbert, and Sam is a 13 year old 8th grader at Gilbert. With a child in college and one on the way to college in September, Dave understands "balancing the budget" at home too!
A stop on the campaign trail, Dave Jamison speaks to the Five Season Republican Women's group in Cedar Rapids in November, 2009.
Another stop on the campaign trail with the West Side Conservative Club. Dave reminds his supporters that he cares about Iowa, is concerned about the growth and direction of our government and is listening to the people.

Welcome to the Official Jamison for State Treasurer Campaign Website

Thank you for taking the time to visit this website and learn more about my campaign for State Treasurer. The citizens of Story County know that I’m a dedicated public servant who embraces innovation and technology as a way to make government more accountable, transparent and efficient. That’s the philosophy I have employed for 15 years as the Treasurer in Story County and it’s the same philosophy I will take to the State Treasurer’s Office.

As I travel this beautiful state, I talk to Iowans who are deeply concerned about the growth in government, taxes and spending. Everyone has had to make changes and tighten their budget – they expect their government to do the same.

Please take a moment to browse this site. Use the links above to learn more about my campaign, the issues and how you can help bring sound, conservative fiscal policies to this important State Office. I appreciate your help and support.

P. S. I could use your help gathering nomination signatures. Download the petition form here. When finished, mail the original to 3308 Cameron School Road, Ames, IA 50014 by March 8th. I appreciate your help!
